Do you like to ‘wing it’ in your business?

Just kinda figure it out as you go?

Show up to a meeting with some idea of what you want to teach or how you want it to go and then you just wing it!

This is something I’ve never been good at…

I have a habit each week to prepare for my meetings of the week ahead. I prepare notes. I set an agenda for my client call because there is often a lot of information I need from them in order to run the backend of their launch.
They are the decision makers. It’s their business so it needs to be run the way they want it. So I gotta know what that is in order to execute on it and help them be successful.

It’s interesting. I’ve noticed that I attract clients with ADHD who are visionaries and ideas people. And part of the reason they hire me is to keep them grounded, keep them focused on what they want to achieve, and to help them get organized.

And because I show up to the meeting prepared, we get so much more done and I’m able to set up efficient processes to help them continue scaling.

So tell me, are you more of a “wing it”type entrepreneur or a planner/prepared type entrepreneur?

Do you have systems and processes in place in your business?

The unsexy stuff that is absolutely necessary for your business to run efficiently, effectively and successfully.

You cannot scale your business and revenue if you do not have systems and processes in place.

One of the consistent issues I see with my clients in that they cannot find stuff. Their s**t is everywhere! They do not have a filing and naming structure in place so they can easily find what they need when they need it.

When setting up these structures, you need to do it in a way that makes sense to you. The way your brain works. The way you find things.

You’re going to want to set up your folders in your Google Drive (of whatever platform you use to store documents) and your CRM in the same way. This way it all looks the same and you only have to remember one way of finding things.

For example, in my Google Drive, I have a folder called Launch Manager. This is where I store all my documents for my offers and events. In that folder I have folders for my Freebies, Events, Programs, Talks, etc. I also have a folder for my podcast, my clients, my contractors, and programs I’ve paid for.

In my CRM, I have folders in the Automations section for my freebies, events, products/programs, etc. Same with my funnels.

It’s all nicely organized and make things easy to find.

Is yours?
What systems do you have in place that make your business more efficient?

Let me know in the comments.

Visibility gets you noticed. Authority gets you trusted.

Being seen is only the beginning.

The deeper opportunity is to become known for a clear message, a distinct perspective, and work that people understand, remember, and recommend.

The High Vibe Leaders Experience Lab that's tomorrow is designed to help leaders explore that opportunity.

This month’s theme is:
✨ Voice, Visibility & Authority ✨ Being Seen & Heard

This isn’t about becoming louder for the sake of attention.
It’s about becoming clearer.
More intentional.
More recognizable.
More confident in the message you are here to lead.

Inside the experience, you’ll participate in:
✨ Featured High Vibe Leader interviews
✨ Brilliance Lab breakout experiences
✨ A transformational panel conversation
✨ Intentional connection and collaboration rooms
✨ Archetype teaching with Michelle Abraham
✨ A mission moment supporting Girls Matter

Together, we’ll explore questions such as:
- What do you want to be known for?
- Where are you still diluting your voice?
- What message are you uniquely qualified to lead?
- How could greater visibility create more opportunity, impact, and influence?

I’ll be joining as a panelist, and I’d love to see you in this powerful room.
