Do the color of these greens look odd to you ?

When microgreens are in the germination process and haven’t been exposed to light yet, the green pigment chlorophyll in the leaves hasn’t carried out photosynthesis yet 🌱

My role with Speedy Salad has revolved around planting the seeds in building a health inspired community or as we like to call it, Speedy Fam. customer development seemed like a natural fit for me, as I’ve loved connecting with people and spreading the word about our product and why we’re the freshest on the block!⁠⁠
⁠⁠
Getting into Speedy Salad all started with a conversation at a Thanksgiving party at a friends’ and here we are now. I always knew I wanted to help create something that would inspire healthier choices within our local community here in the lower mainland, and that’s exactly the vision we are working towards at Speedy. ⁠⁠
⁠⁠
It’s been the most rewarding journey thus far, with all the challenges included, as I get to work on both my passions, nutrition and entrepreneurship, with an incredible team of individuals that shares our powerful vision of making nutrition more accessible and affordable! We’re big dreamers and we continuously push and inspire each other to aim higher and not limit ourselves by our own limiting beliefs. I’m a strong believer of supporting one another to create an impact that is greater than the individuals creating it. I’m excited to see how we can best create this impact through Speedy Salad!⁠⁠
