We recently completed a major patio restoration in the British Properties, West Vancouver. The previous setup—featuring old IKEA plastic tiles and tightly packed concrete pavers—was a maintenance nightmare, trapping moisture and creating the perfect environment for persistent moss buildup.
We stripped it all back to install a premium, high-performance system: 2cm porcelain tiles on adjustable pedestals.
