Another busy month serving businesses, schools, healthcare teams, and community organizations across Metro Vancouver.

This past month:
✅ 362 students certified
✅ 40+ classes delivered
✅ Dental, corporate, school, police, and community training sessions across the Lower Mainland

Thank you to all the organizations that continue to prioritize workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and CPR/first aid education.

Business goals I wrote in my Notes app in 2018 📝

• Teach 20+ courses
• Deliver training without relying on notes
• Earn unsolicited feedback (5 reviews or referrals)
• Make $5–10K net

5-year goals I wrote back then 🗒️:
• Incorporate the business
• Hire 3–5 instructors
• Outgrow my firefighting income 👨🏽‍🚒

Back then, these goals felt big.
Uncomfortable. A little intimidating.

Looking back, I’m grateful for what small, consistent goals can turn into — often in ways you never fully plan for.

Progress doesn’t come from motivation.
It comes from discipline — doing the things you don’t like, over and over, long before the reward shows up.
