From the tennis court to the volleyball court, Noah has been quietly putting in the work all year. 🏐🎾

In her very first season of club volleyball, she walked away from provincials with gold — a result that reflects the hours of effort she’s dedicated to both sports.

Balancing two disciplines isn’t easy, and watching her embrace that challenge with patience and determination has been so rewarding to see.

HOW TO PROGRESS YOUR PLYOMETRIC JUMPS

Just as you progressively overload your resistance training exercises, you should also be progressing your plyometric jumps. This will help your body become more powerful, resilient, and better coordinated.

Start with the first video and work your way through. Each jump trains different things so trying them might expose new areas for improvement! 💪🏽🫡

2025: A year filled with lots of moments. My dad ended his fight with cancer. I still think of him every day. I turned 30, still dunno how I feel about that yet 🤣. Body is feeling amazing. Exercising consistently with lots of weights and sprinting. Business is great. I have an amazing group of athletes that I get to work with to everyday, and I’m forever thankful. Watching everyone grow together in this community has been a blessing. I got the chance to travel Europe and go to the biggest music festival in the world…. I’m sure there’s lots of other stuff I’m missing but I’ll leave it at that.

I’m excited to do even more this year, push past my limits, and live life to the fullest with those around me.

Reasons I like training martial arts.

-Fun
Martial arts require and reflect your ability to generate power, demand flexibility, and are a fun way to burn calories. Plus powerful bodies are aesthetic and healthy bodies. Move fast sometimes move slow sometimes, change it up.
If you’ve never punched or kicked something you should try it. And there’s something great about knowing you could use a punch or kick with good form if you ever needed too.
This is the second time me and have trained together. There’s always a bit of a learning curve with someone new but we’re already learning from each other quickly.
I’m still taking new kickboxing clients while the weather is nice! Novice or advanced. As well as in gym clients. DM me if you’re interested!

🔥ARBER 1 year Update🔥
July 25th start. Nov 20th bulk. July 28th cut.
I first started working with Arber online by providing general lifestyle advice as well as nutritional tips. We discussed goals and we worked together to develop a plan to reach them. And his results now are result of his adaptability and consistency.
For the cut Arber, just like the rest of us didn’t have access to a gym because of covid. Therefore we developed an at home program that worked for him and more than anything watched his diet.
He looks fantastic and the outcome of his training is amazing. But the progress is just as important. He knew he wanted to be better so he reached out to a professional, was honest and kept himself accountable, and worked his ass off. Proud of you bro.
