If youâve been here for a while, you probably discovered my page through my ceramics. My slightly infamous b***y mugs, body-positive pieces, and my whimsical creative universe.
You may also have noticed that I quietly disappeared from here for a few years.
The truth is: life happened.
During that time I lost close ones, and not long after I went through multiple miscarriages that eventually led to what doctors call âunexplained infertility.â
It was a period that took a huge toll on my body, my mental health, and honestly my whole life.
But during those years I also learned a lot about our bodies, our cycles, and how much the nervous system carries during experiences like loss, waiting, and uncertainty.
One of the practices that helped me the most was somatic breathwork.
Not because it taught me how to make my body âmore fertile,â or to âjust relaxâ (oh, I hate that sentence), but because it helped me reconnect with myself.
It helped me release years of emotions stored in my body. Because letâs be honest, this fertility journey is traumatic AF. Breathwork helped me find peace in the middle of it all, and reconnect with myself.
Who am I if it doesnât work?
What do I need? What do I want?
That experience changed the direction of my life and my work.
Today Iâm trained as a somatic breathwork facilitator, and I support women who feel emotionally and physically exhausted from infertility and pregnancy loss, and who need a space to breathe, release what their body has been carrying, and reconnect with themselves again so they can move through this journey with more peace, no matter the outcome.
So this space is evolving.
Creativity and embodiment will always be part of my world, but Iâll also be sharing more about nervous system support, womenâs health, and the emotional reality of fertility journeys that so many people quietly navigate.
If youâve been here for years, thank you for still being here.
And if youâre new here, welcome đ¤
