For anyone moving through fertility challenges or loss, this journey is consuming, and so much can come with it: how unfair it can all feel, anger, fear, guilt, and doubt.

If this speaks to you, I’m holding an online breathwork offering to reconnect, and listen to what you may need in this chapter.

If I need to give you A,B,C of why my decision makes sense, it’s usually not fully aligned.

I start over-explaining my decision to people who never even asked.

I give all the reasons.
Why it makes sense.
Why now.
Why this is the smart move.

And that’s usually how I know a protective part is leading.

Because when I really know, I don’t need to perform certainty.

I just know. Full body.

Maybe not logically.
Maybe not perfectly.

So now, when I catch myself doing a full presentation no one asked for, I pause and ask:

Am I choosing this because it’s true? Or because it feels safer, smarter, more acceptable?

That question changes everything because when you’re trying to convince others, you’re usually convincing yourself.

If this is you. (Eheh if you read until here, yes) if you keep looping, over-explaining, or making decisions from the part of you that’s trying to stay safe, this is exactly the kind of thing we go into in my online breathwork circle this Sunday, 12th of April from 9.30 to 11.30 am PST

We’re going beneath the mental loops and into the part of you that’s trying so hard to keep you safe. And let's give this part some love. She is working overtime.

It's why I ask my clients to NEVER apologize for sending something long or say that they don’t want to waste my time. That’s for me to decide. If it’s long, I can always pause the voice message and come back to it later. And after all, I asked you.
When I ask how you are, I’m not looking for the polite short answer, I really want to hear how you are and what came up for you.

Never shrink what makes you!

If you’ve been here for a while, you probably discovered my page through my ceramics. My slightly infamous b***y mugs, body-positive pieces, and my whimsical creative universe.

You may also have noticed that I quietly disappeared from here for a few years.

The truth is: life happened.

During that time I lost close ones, and not long after I went through multiple miscarriages that eventually led to what doctors call “unexplained infertility.”

It was a period that took a huge toll on my body, my mental health, and honestly my whole life.

But during those years I also learned a lot about our bodies, our cycles, and how much the nervous system carries during experiences like loss, waiting, and uncertainty.

One of the practices that helped me the most was somatic breathwork.

Not because it taught me how to make my body “more fertile,” or to “just relax” (oh, I hate that sentence), but because it helped me reconnect with myself.

It helped me release years of emotions stored in my body. Because let’s be honest, this fertility journey is traumatic AF. Breathwork helped me find peace in the middle of it all, and reconnect with myself.

Who am I if it doesn’t work?
What do I need? What do I want?

That experience changed the direction of my life and my work.

Today I’m trained as a somatic breathwork facilitator, and I support women who feel emotionally and physically exhausted from infertility and pregnancy loss, and who need a space to breathe, release what their body has been carrying, and reconnect with themselves again so they can move through this journey with more peace, no matter the outcome.

So this space is evolving.

Creativity and embodiment will always be part of my world, but I’ll also be sharing more about nervous system support, women’s health, and the emotional reality of fertility journeys that so many people quietly navigate.

If you’ve been here for years, thank you for still being here.

And if you’re new here, welcome 🤍
