Happy Friday folks! This week my saved folder is all sass. I think I’m absorbing my new puppy’s personality. Because she is all sass all the time 😳 Or is it the other way around… What is it they say about dogs and their owners? 🤷‍♀️

So many of us have an inner voice that is quick to judge, criticize, or point out where we’ve fallen short. But what if, instead of being harsh, we chose to be kind?

Self-compassion is about holding yourself with care while you grow. What if you spoke to yourself the way you would to someone you deeply love?

Self-compassion invites us to remember that imperfection is part of being human and to meet ourselves with understanding instead of shame.
