You’re anxious for no reason.
You’re constantly explaining yourself.
You feel guilty for having boundaries.
You start walking on eggshells.
And somehow… after dealing with them, you need a fu***ng nap. 😂

That’s not one bad day.
**That’s a pattern.**

Your body will often recognize what your mind is still trying to rationalize.

So start paying attention to how you feel **AFTER** someone leaves your space.

Protecting your peace isn’t rude.
Blocking access to your energy isn’t selfish.
And you don’t need a 47-page explanation for why someone no longer gets access to you.

✨ **Not everyone deserves access to your energy.**
And baby… sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is **BLOCK THE BITCH.** 😂🔮

✨ STORY TIME — PART 3: “I WAS THERE.”**

Then he showed me something so beautiful.

He showed me **her graduation.** 🎓

He wanted her to know that he was there.

I could see the pride he had for her and it wasn’t just about graduating.

It was about everything she had overcome to get there.

This young woman was carrying the name of a woman who never got the chance to survive the war.

And standing beside her, in spirit, was her grandfather an Auschwitz survivor who understood more than most what it meant to fight for another day.

He wanted her to know:

**“I saw you. I was there. I watched you become who you were meant to be.”**

And maybe that’s what makes this story so powerful.

She wasn’t standing at that graduation alone.

She was carrying generations of **strength, survival and love** with her.

And her grandfather wanted her to know just how damn proud he was.

🕊️ **Some people may leave this world… but their love doesn’t leave us.**

**✨ STORY TIME — PART 2: HER NAME CARRIED A STORY**

Then he showed me something that stopped me in my tracks.

His granddaughter was **named after his sister**.

A sister who did not survive the war.

And suddenly, everything made sense.

He kept showing me this young woman’s strength — her courage, her determination, her ability to keep going even when life had given her every reason not to.

And I understood why.

He wanted her to know that she carried something with her.

**The strength of the woman she was named after.**

His sister had been brave.
She had been a fighter.
And although she never got the chance to survive the war, her story didn’t simply disappear.

Because here was her granddaughter, carrying her name…

…and carrying that same incredible spirit.

Her grandfather was looking at her with so much pride.

Almost as if he was saying:

**“You are a fighter, just like she was.”**

Sometimes a name is more than a name.

Sometimes it carries **love, memory, history and legacy.** 🕊️

And this story was about to get even deeper…

**✨ STORY TIME — PART 1: THE GRANDDAUGHTER & THE GRANDFATHER IN SPIRIT**

She walked into my appointment expecting a reading.

She didn’t expect to walk in with her grandfather.

From the moment she sat down, I could feel how strongly he was connected to her. He was **so incredibly proud of her** not just for who she was, but for everything she had survived.

And then he started showing me his life.

Images. Memories. Pieces of his story.

And slowly, I realized who I was sitting with.

**Her grandfather had been an Auschwitz survivor.**

The energy in the room completely changed.

This wasn’t just about bringing through messages from someone who had passed.

It felt like he wanted his granddaughter to know:

**“I know what you’ve been through. I saw your strength. And I am so proud of the woman you became.”**

Then he began showing me more of his life things I couldn’t have known.

And what happened next is a story I’ll never forget.
