Not every shadow is an entity.
Not every noise is a message.
And not every weird thing that happens at 2AM needs a paranormal explanation.

How do you actually treat people?
Because spirituality isn’t how pretty your altar looks.
It’s how you speak to someone who can’t do anything for you.
It’s how you treat the person you disagree with.
It’s how you act when nobody is watching.
You can sage your entire fu***ng house…
But if you’re walking around spreading hate, judging people and hurting others—
what exactly are you cleansing?
Spirituality isn’t an aesthetic.
It’s how you live.
And THAT’S the energy I want to talk about. 🔥

WHY DOES OCTOBER FEEL SO DAMN SPIRITUAL?

Every October, I hear: The veil is thinner!

Okay… but let’s pump the brakes on the portal talk. 😂

October is filled with symbols, memories, rituals, candles, darkness, death, transformation and Halloween.

And when your attention is heightened, you notice MORE.

A song hits differently.
A memory suddenly surfaces.
A coincidence feels meaningful.
You start paying attention to things you normally rush past.

Does Halloween literally open a portal?

Not necessarily.

But can October make you more aware of what’s already around you?

Absolutely.

And sometimes the magic isn’t that something suddenly appeared…

It’s that you finally slowed down enough to notice it.✨

You don’t need to prove how evolved you are.

❤️ SOME FRIENDSHIPS AREN’T JUST FRIENDSHIPS. THEY’RE SOUL CONNECTIONS.

September 27th is the birthday of someone who has been part of my life since we were 9 years old.

Think about that for a second.

We’ve literally grown up together.
Through childhood, teenage years, relationships, heartbreaks, celebrations, changes, chaos, and every ridiculous adventure life could throw at us. 😂

And through all those versions of ourselves…

We’re still here.

That kind of connection is rare.

She’s not just my best friend.
She’s my soul sister.❤️

The kind of person who knows the little girl I was, understands the woman I became, and somehow loves me through every version in between.

Some people come into your life for a season.

Some come for a lesson.

And some?

WHAT IF YOUR INTUITION ISN’T TELLING YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR?

Baby, your intuition is NOT customer service.😂

It doesn’t exist to give you the answer you ordered.

Sometimes your gut says GO.
Sometimes it says STOP.
And sometimes it’s screaming:
LEAVE

But then we start negotiating…

“Okay, but what if I pull ONE more card?” 😂

Your intuition doesn’t always feel comfortable.

Sometimes the truth makes you uncomfortable because it’s the truth.

So before you ask Spirit for another sign…

Ask yourself:

Am I looking for guidance… or am I looking for permission?

Because sometimes you already got the answer.

You just don’t like the answer.

And THAT is where the real spiritual work begins.
