Grateful I learned how to release shock from PTSD from the body. While it’s still not easy to make my self go into these spaces. My nervous system isn’t completely going into panic mode 🥰 thank you Meridian Clearing. Had to go in with no meds just to test to see if it actually made a difference 😂 don’t worry I’m only on nerve calmers it’s safe for me to do that 😂
