Hi friends! Find me at the Armstrong Spallumcheen CoC Harvest Pumpkin Festival tomorrow Saturday, October 10th from 9am–2pm! 🎃🍂

I’ll be inside the Horticulture Building sharing cozy tea samples while you enjoy all the fall festivities. There’ll also be lots of fun family activities including a pumpkin launch, face painting, the giant pumpkin weigh-in and more! 🫖✨

Two cozy blends I’m reaching for this time of year ☕️🍂

Kindling is sweet and warming, with black tea, roasted yerba mate, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, black peppercorns and apple 🍎

And if you like your chai a little bolder and spicier, my Masala Chai is a black tea with ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, black peppercorns, fenugreek and nutmeg 🫚

Thankful for a full and happy September 🫶☕️🍂

It was a month of transitions and figuring out a new rhythm as Lenny started school and we settled into new routines, while I also got back into the swing of things with three markets after taking a break since the spring 🫖

I’m still figuring out how all the new pieces fit together, but this month has also been about finding little moments of calm, tea, family time and getting back into some of the routines that make me feel like myself. It reminded me to give myself a little more grace and that we don’t need to have everything perfectly balanced all the time.

Feeling very thankful for this new chapter and everything September brought with it ☺️✨

I’m excited to be back again this year at The Great Spallumcheen Farm & Food Festival at 𝙵𝚒𝚎𝚕𝚍𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚗𝚎 𝙾𝚛𝚐𝚊𝚗𝚒𝚌𝚜 this Sunday! 🚜🌾🫖

This is honestly one of my favourite local events of the year. I love that it brings together local food producers and our community for a day of celebrating everything that makes this area so special. 💚

The biggest week of the year in Armstrong 🎡

The IPE & Stampede has always been such a special part of the community, bringing the town together to celebrate the end of summer with everything from farm animals and agriculture exhibits to rides, rodeo and all the fair favourites 🤠

Of course, I had to bring along a little Armstrong tea with me! This calming blend was created as a little celebration of Armstrong, with oatstraw, lemon balm, raspberry pieces and lavender 🫖 🌾

Another IPE in the books and another summer almost wrapped up ✨

Hi, I’m still here 👋

I’ve taken a little step back lately, making time to slow down, sip tea, eat scones and soak up these last couple of weeks of summer with my family. ☀️

Between swimming and skating lessons, plus all the other little adventures that come with summer, it’s been nice to simply enjoy this season together before my little guy starts school. 🥺

I’m feeling refreshed and excited to be popping up at a few events next month, so stay tuned! 🫖✨

With the smoky skies lately, Breathe has been the tea I’ve found myself reaching for most 🫖💨🤍

I created this blend with herbs like Krishna Tulsi, Mullein Leaf, Licorice Root, Peppermint and Marshmallow Root to help support the respiratory system while also encouraging a quiet moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and reset.
