This International Women’s day our hearts are heavy across the globe.

To show support for my Ukrainian sisters, I pledge 100% of all profits from sales of Seaberry Nectar face oil to provide aid to women and children in need in Ukraine for the remainder of March (possibly longer, to help as much as we can). This cause is particularly painful and close to my heart.

Happy Tuesday glow gang!
Today I wanted to talk a bit about Linoleic acid, otherwise commonly known as Omega-6, and it’s effects on , , and damaged skin. If you suffer from acne & breakouts, you likely have a stripped, damaged barrier. Look at your skin really up close and check for “cracks”, they will look like little barely visible lines. This is likely a result of over-exfoliation, and ultimately barrier damage, which allows acne to surface.
