The vagus nerve is the main communication highway between your brain and your belly and it governs rest, digestion, immune balance and emotional regulation.

When we are stuck in stress, this pathway gets “noisy”.
When we intentionally activate it, the body remembers how to heal.

Regulation before resolution.
Calm before clarity.

✨ Healing isn’t becoming someone new. It is remembering who you’ve always been. ✨

This is something I have deeply embraced and witnessed in my own healing journey.

I’ve discovered is that true healing isn’t about changing who you are - it’s about clearing away the layers that have accumulated over time and reconnecting with the person who has been there all along.

I’ve experienced moments of growth, setbacks, breakthroughs, and periods of rest.
Through it all, I’ve come to realize that healing is less about becoming and more about remembering.

Remembering your strength.
Remembering your wisdom.
Remembering your LIGHT. 💓

5 Simple Steps to Connect with Your Crystals for Guidance ✨

Crystals have been used for centuries as tools for reflection, intention, and energetic support.

Each crystal is associated with unique healing attributes that may offer insight, comfort, and inspiration.

Here’s a simple way to begin connecting with them.

1. Choose the Crystal You’re Drawn To -

Let intuition lead the way. Notice which crystal catches your attention or feels inviting. Often, the one you’re drawn to may hold messages or qualities worth exploring.

2. Introduce Yourself & Get Present -

Hold the crystal in your hands and take a few slow breaths. Introduce yourself and settle into the moment.

3. Ask What the Crystal Supports -
Gently ask the crystal to show you what qualities or healing attributes it is known to support. Stay open and curious.

For example:

* Rose Quartz – love, compassion, emotional healing

Is it religious?
Is it just “woo woo”?
How does it actually work?

Let’s clear that up.

Reiki is not a religion. It does not require any belief system or spiritual doctrine. You do not need to be spiritual or even “believe in energy” for a Reiki session to feel supportive.

Reiki is a gentle wellness modality using light touch (or hands hovering above the body) to encourage relaxation, balance, and nervous system regulation.

I’m a deeply intuitive person and honour the spiritual side of life. ✨
I also love science. My practical brain likes receipts. 😉

Research shows Reiki supports the nervous system and activates the body’s relaxation response.

Many of us live in constant stress: rushing, overthinking, bracing for the next thing. This keeps the body in fight-or-flight mode.

During Reiki, breathing slows, muscles soften, heart rate settles, and the body shifts toward a parasympathetic state: rest, digest, repair.

When the body feels safe, it functions better.
