The third in the gathering containers I am excited to host this fall.

A little haitus was taken through the summer after two very enjoyable, comforting, and transformative Infinite Soul Sound offerings - Permission to Be and the Elemental Being.

On the coming Equinox, we enter another portal into the realms of the chakras and what it means to be human, FEELS to be human.

Each gathering is a stand alone event that also stacks on the one before. Join one, join some, or join all.

You'll feel a shift that takes you more towards your Self, to the expression of the you that you have tucked up and away.

This is the invitation to give yourself permission to let that expression come to play, for you to feel present, capable, and connected.

Each gathering will be an interweaving of wisdom sharing, curated landscape including live sound tools, energy healing, light language, and plant spirit medicine (non-entheogenic).

This time, there is a little change up. Any of the limited spaces that are still available on the day of each gathering will be available at the door.

The Spark is a day retreat designed to ignite joy through the act of creative play.

It is an invitation to step out of the noise of daily life and into a space of discovery, inspiration and connection.

It is a space to remember that you are alive, that your habits don’t define you, and that there is so much possibility in this life, your life.

Throughout the day, you’ll be invited to get curious about the possibilities of ‘what if?” through a blend of guided meditation, imaginative colour & art, expressive movement & sound immersion.

(Don’t worry, no previous artistic experience required! You can draw a stick being? Perfect! Make squiggles on paper? Ideal! Put one foot in front of the other? You’ve got this!)

This retreat is about stepping outside the box of ‘it should be’ and into the realms of ‘what if I try….?”

There has been a request, a call out, that I've heard repeated again and again throughout the past many months.

It has been a call looking for a gathering place that allows, invites, cultivates connection with clear, honest, real presence.

It's been a call to move past the love and light.

To move to a place of allowing the messy bits, the shadow bits, the light frequencies AND the love.

A thing has been created to begin this fall that holds this present.

It is a place, a gathering, where the focus won't be on the fluff but on the real....all layers of it.

This means being held accountable for the roles we play in our experiences.

It's about moving past the victim mentality and into the recognition of our strength.

It is about being seen.
It is about seeing each other.

It is about being heard and hearing all that is within us that has felt there was no place for it to be put, no place for it to land.

this is the CONSPIRACY ~ a feral women's group for going beyond the love and light.

Thanks to all the wonderful beings that came in for the WELCOMING at the Star Temple in celebration of the new space.

I just got to send all the donations ($150!) to WildARC to support the work they do with wildlife rescue.

I'm thinking this should be a regular thing - a day where all sessions are by donation and all the donations are sent to a local in-need animal support space.

What do you think - should these be a regular thing?

Some time in the woods.

In June, I brought a decade long dream of mine into reality - hosting a day retreat.

I wanted to create a place where people could show up as they were while discovering pieces of themselves, having felt something tangible in the nebulous space of energy and expansion - the sense of feeling more 'complete', lighter, connected, clear without a necessarily understandable reason why.

From this intention, The Illuminated Heart was born. It was a gathering of vulnerability, joy, laughter, & connection.

As people began to arrive, the nervousness, curiosity, and a heaviness being brought to be witnessed could be felt, thick and full.

This heaviness wasn't ignored, but welcomed it into the space. There were tears, there were reminders to breathe, and there were moments of being seen and holding witness for each other (plus some delish snacks and a couple dance breaks for good measure!)

My heart was full up as we closed the space and people shared - "I had no idea how much I needed this", "It helps to know we aren't alone", and "I could feel the moment the energy shifted in me, the sadness not so heavy".

I want to give a big thank you to my divine partner and all his help before, during and after - listening to my squirrel reports as I prepared, helping with set up and tear down, and holding me in my moments of doubt.

I want to thank my past self for starting this seed of possibility so many years ago and my present self for leaning in and trusting in the process and myself.

And I want to thank every single being who came, allowing trust in themselves and the container, showing up in all the ways that felt like truth to them in the moment, leaning into the uncomfortable bits and allowing the expression of Self to morph and change as they surrendered deeper into their own Heart.

It's not always easy or pleasant and I'm grateful and humbled to be able to hold this space to make it just that little bit easier.

Am I excited for another? Most definitely more please.

There's a sense of peace that comes when you enter the stillness of nature.

A clarity that is felt with each breath.

The aha! moments that seem to come from nowhere.

This is you connecting to your intuition, hearing your own inner wisdom, opened up through the wisdom of the natural world.

It can be hard to access in this world of go-go-go and seeming chaos.

But really, it just takes the pause. The moment to be still. The listening.

And it takes giving yourself the permission to be here.

The next Wild Wisdom Walk is this Saturday at the Swan Lake Nature Sanctuary in Victoria BC.

It is a gathering to be in the present, to access that silent space within that ignites your ability to hear what you already know inside.

It is a gathering to connect to nature and her healing frequencies.

Welcome to the WELCOMING. A day of by donation sessions in celebration of the new Star Temple location, a thank you for all your support along the way (I wouldn't be doing what I do without the you!), and a chance for you to dip your toes in if this is all new to you.

Each session is by donation with all proceeds being sent to WildARC, the Wild Animal Rehabilitation Centre here on Vancouver Island in Sooke, BC.

Virtual and in-person sessions are available.

Each session is an interweaving of modalities to help you settle into yourself, breathe deeper, gain insight, find ease in your body, become more present, activate your intuition, illuminate your chakras....or all of the above!

This may include Oracle guidance, Oracle card insight, energy healing (2T Reiki, Sacred Heart Tameana, tuning forks), frequency healing (including time on Wavey, the 5-therapy mat), light language, and herbal insights.

*Cost of agreed upon herbal formulations is not included in the 'by donation' portion of the day.

All sessions are booked in advance.
