✨ 3 weeks on kangen water ✨

I can’t believe how much of a difference I’m feeling already. No headaches 🙌 my mood has been so steady and I’ve actually had the energy to wake up ready to move and even want to work out 🤯

I learned the hard way that jumping straight into 9.5 pH was a no-go (horrible acidic reactions 😖) but 8.5–9.0 has been amazing. It’s even helped my acid reflux go away completely!

This week I also got my period, and usually that means a full day in bed with clots, pain, and cramps so bad I’d have to call off work. But this time? No crazy bloating or early symptoms, cramps were way less intense, and even though I reached for a Maxidol, I still made it through work and got stuff done 👏🏼 And today, instead of dragging myself, I woke up wanting to work out before heading to a baby shower.

It feels so good noticing these changes in just 3 weeks 💧💙
