What if one of the most important gifts we could give our children is the ability to trust themselves?
Children are born with intuition. It's that little feeling inside that helps them recognize what feels safe, what feels right, and when something doesn't seem quite okay.
In Sparkle Bright, children are introduced to Lumi and Brio, two lovable characters who discover that their inner sparkle can guide them through life's adventures. Through a colourful and uplifting story, children learn about courage, self-trust, kindness, and listening to their inner wisdom.
When children learn to pause, notice their feelings, and trust their intuition, they build confidence that can help them navigate friendships, challenges, and everyday situations.
🌟 Build self-confidence
🌟 Encourage emotional awareness
🌟 Help children trust their inner voice
🌟 Inspire courage and resilience
🌟 Promote personal safety in a gentle, empowering way
Sparkle Bright is available on Amazon and makes a wonderful gift for children, parents, grandparents, teachers, and libraries.
What is one lesson you hope every child learns before they grow up?

Close your eyes for a moment.
Imagine the happiest version of you.
What do they look like?
How do they walk through the world?
What thoughts fill their mind?
How do they treat themselves when life gets difficult?
The happiest version of you isn't living a perfect life.
They still face challenges. They still have responsibilities. They still experience fear, disappointment, and uncertainty.
The difference is that they no longer allow those things to define them.
They choose hope over worry. They choose gratitude over resentment. They choose growth over staying stuck.
The happiest version of you is already inside you.
Every small choice you make today—every kind thought, every healthy boundary, every step outside your comfort zone, brings you closer to becoming that person.
So ask yourself:
What would the happiest version of me do today?
Then take one small step in that direction.
That's how the Big Life begins.

For years, I didn't realize that many of my fears, worries, and insecurities weren't coming from the present moment.
They were coming from an older version of me.
A younger version who wanted to feel safe, loved, accepted, and enough.
The truth is, many of us spend our lives trying to fill old wounds through approval, achievement, perfection, or people-pleasing.
I know I did.
My journey into the Big Life didn't begin when life became easier.
It began when I started healing.
When I learned to speak kindly to myself.
When I stopped abandoning my own feelings.
When I realized I could become the safe place I had been searching for all along.
Every time we choose self-compassion over self-criticism... Every time we set a healthy boundary... Every time we allow ourselves to play, wonder, and dream again...
We take another step into the Big Life.
Not the life driven by fear.
The life driven by love.
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, know that healing is possible.
Sometimes all it takes is one small step.
One conversation.
One new perspective.
One person who believes in you until you can believe in yourself.
That is why I love coaching.
Helping people move from survival to possibility. From fear to wonder. From the Little Life to the Big Life.

Life hurts sometimes.
A harsh comment. A disappointment. A betrayal. A loss we never saw coming.
When we're hurt, we naturally protect ourselves. We build armour around our hearts. We become cautious. We constrict. We stop trusting life the way we once did.
But here's what I've learned...
The most blissful moments in life don't come from controlling every circumstance. They come from gently removing the armour and opening ourselves back up to the beauty that still exists around us.
It isn't easy.
Some days you have to consciously let the negative thoughts, painful memories, and hurtful words drift down the river and away from you. Some days you have to choose, over and over again, not to live in the wound.
Instead, ask yourself:
What do I have control over?
I may not control what happened. I may not control what others say. I may not control the circumstances I find myself in.
But I can choose my response. I can choose my focus. I can choose gratitude. I can choose hope.
And sometimes that choice begins with just one tiny baby step.
As a resilience coach, I've watched people transform when they begin to believe again. Hope is powerful. Belief is powerful. When someone starts to see even the smallest possibility that life can get better, healing begins.
Your circumstances may not change overnight.
But your relationship with them can.
And that is often where the journey back to serenity begins.
Today, take one small step toward the life you want to create.
Choose hope. Choose belief. Choose love over fear.
That's where the Big Life begins.

Most people spend their lives holding on.

Holding on to worry.
Holding on to old stories.
Holding on to who they think they should be.

But what if the life you're longing for isn't found by holding tighter?

What if it's found by letting go?

Let go of the fear.
Let go of the need to control everything.
Let go of the belief that you have to have it all figured out.

When you unclench your heart, you make room for love.

When you open your mind, you make room for possibility.

When you allow your free spirit to flow, you discover the beauty, wonder, and aliveness that has been waiting for you all along.

That's not the little life.

That's The Big Life.

YOUR LIFE CHANGES THE MOMENT YOUR PERSPECTIVE CHANGES
What if the miracle you've been waiting for isn't something outside of you?
What if it's a new way of seeing?
So often we spend our days focusing on problems, disappointments, and what might go wrong. But the moment we shift our attention toward gratitude, possibility, beauty, and love, something remarkable happens...
The world begins to look different.
The opportunities were always there. The goodness was always there. The wonder was always there.
Sometimes life doesn't need to change first.
Sometimes WE do.
Today, challenge yourself to look for one beautiful thing you may have overlooked yesterday.
You might be surprised by what you find.

What if one simple shift could change your entire day?
When was the last time you paused long enough to notice the beauty around you?
The warmth of the sun on your skin. The sound of birds singing. A flower reaching toward the light. A smile from a stranger.
Research shows that moments of awe can reduce stress, increase happiness, and help us feel more connected to ourselves and others. Yet so often we rush through life and miss the wonder that is all around us.
Join me tomorrow at the Vineland Library for a free Kindness Circle as we explore how cultivating a sense of wonder can help us feel calmer, more grounded, and more alive.
Together we'll discover simple ways to open our hearts, quiet our minds, and reconnect with the beauty of everyday life.
Saturday, June 6 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Vineland Library Free
I would love to see you there.

Most people are waiting for some huge moment to finally feel alive…

But the truth is —
life has been quietly trying to awaken you all along.

In the warmth of the sun.
In the beauty of the trees.
In the stillness of a summer evening.
In the moments that make your soul pause and whisper…
“there is more.”

Maybe healing is not becoming someone new.
Maybe it’s remembering who you were before fear, stress, and survival took over.

This summer, slow down enough to feel the wonder again.

That is where The Big Life begins.

Do something fun.
Something different.
Something your mind talks you out of.
Take the class.
Go dancing.
Start the project.
Drive somewhere new.
Talk to someone new.
Wear the outfit.
Say yes to life a little more.
The beautiful parts of you are often waiting just outside your comfort zone.
Life was never meant to be lived on autopilot.
It was meant to be felt, explored, experienced, and enjoyed.

Tell yourself this often:
Everything I truly want… wants me too.
The love.
The peace.
The opportunities.
The meaningful connections.
The life that feels aligned with your soul.
Sometimes we chase so hard that we forget this:
what is meant for us is also moving toward us.
Keep showing up.
Keep becoming.
Keep trusting.
You do not have to force what is already finding its way to you.
