Hey Stratfordians, this October, I'm touring a full day of healing work called Healing With Our Ancestors to Transition Acres Farm, with hostess Alisha Wilson, just outside Tavistock.

This is the second year I've brought this work to the area. Last October we gathered at Kindred Roots Hair studio right in Stratford.

HEALING WITH OUR ANCESTORS is Family Constellations work.

It looks at the patterns we inherit from our families — the ones that show up as anxiety, strain in relationships, or feeling stuck no matter how much other work you've done.

What actually happens in a day of Family Constellations work?
