We are so excited to introduce the team that will be welcoming you to Yoga Garden Retreat! 🌿
🍃Meet Elaine Cooper — Creative Manager
Elaine brings a lifetime of caring for others and creating spaces where people feel welcome, nourished, and inspired. A Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, holistic chef, and gardenologist (yes — that's a gardening educator!), her love for real food, nature, and meaningful connection is a perfect fit for the heart of YGR.
Elaine's vision is to grow this space as a sanctuary — a place to slow down, reconnect, and feel at home. We are so grateful for the warmth and creativity she brings.
🍃Meet Thia — Administrative Manager
Raised in the Outaouais region, Thia has spent her career bringing people together through workshops, events, and community-building across academic and non-profit spaces.
She is passionate about accessibility, advocacy, and carving out spots for joy — and she is so excited to help you discover YGR by making the booking process smooth and welcoming.
👏You'll be seeing more of Elaine and Thia in the coming weeks — and we hope you'll have the chance to meet them at the retreat very soon 🙏
