When I made the decision over 1 year ago to leave a dysfunctional marriage with an alcoholic I was terrified.
What would I do? How could I support myself and my son? How would we do it?

But we are over here not just doing it….but absolutely CRUSHING IT.

Do I second guess every decision I make? Yup
Did I cry more than once on this vacation because I imagined my life to be so very different from what it is now? YUUUUP
Did I stress about work and money for when we got home? Not really…because everything is working out. Everything has worked out since the moment I walked away from what was slowly killing me.

Work will be here when I’m back. Money will find its way into my accounts. Clients will feel the draw to my positive energy and life.

And my son and I have a solid amazing memory for our first true summer just the 2 of us.
Being a single mom running her own business IN THIS ECONOMY isn’t easy. But I control my life now. I cry, I sob, I vent….and then I pick myself up and get the thing done that needs doing. And I don’t forget to have fun along the way
