Negative self talk and old generational wounds can surface at any time. 😕

I was exposed to negative self talk and witnessed many diets with the visual body appearance being the goal instead of general health. I heard many comments about body image including some directed at myself. I still hear negative self comments from family members and personal body shaming 😞

We can break the cycle. 💯

We can honour their wounds by healing our own. 🙌

We can hold space for the wounds of our mothers and generations before the best way possible: Healing them within ourselves and creating positive self image/self talk for our children. 🥰
