Effective immediately a $30 charge will be applied for no shows and all cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. This must be paid prior to your next appointment. At Bright Glow Laser Hair Removal we understand that things may arise beyond your control and you may not be able to attend your appointment. Kids can become sick, a car wont start, or you simply forget your appointment. It has happened to all of us. But unfortunately whatever the reason may be, we have to enforce our cancellation policy, otherwise our doors will not remain open… its that simple.
We understand clients might feel this is unfair but please understand as a business this is not sustainable.
