The Urban Warrior race will take place in Toronto on Saturday, September 8th, 2012 and will start approximately at 12pm and finish around 6pm. This obstacle race will involve Climbing, Jumping, Sprinting and Crawling will bring on hard sweat, athletic camaraderie, bursts of laughter and a few tears!

Hello fellow runners, is anyone interested in coming out for an intermediate run at 9:30 am tomorrow? Please 'like' this status if you plan to show up at PAC Red South at 9:30 am on Saturday morning.

Hi guys, if you are interested in running 6 km on Saturday at 9:30 am please like this post. The one person who has shown up for the last two runs won't be in town on Saturday so I would like to know if there is anyone interested in running that day. Thanks!
