You do everything on your own schedule and your own time but with the support of a group and a fun theme designed to get you real results!
This month, we’re focusing on increasing our strength and power with challenging workouts that focus on progressive overload in all key movement patterns!
We will be decreasing the volume and increasing the load meaning more sets & less reps.
The Focus: This month is all about adding lean muscle, strength & power! A strength phase is about stimulating your central nervous system to recruit new muscle fibres!
This helps to increase your metabolic rate, burn more calories at rest & improve blood sugar levels.
The Workouts: Two Power Days (upper and lower) Two Hypertrophy Days (push and pull). The workouts will have three fitness levels and are able to be done at home or in a fully equipped gym. The volume and exercises will be adjusted for each level with Level 3 being the most advanced and Level 1 being a level that is appropriate for beginners or those who workout at home.
The Nutrition: To fuel our workouts we will focus on consuming adequate carbohydrates, lower fat and moderate protein. We will focus on meal & nutrient timing, and micronutrient & mineral rich meals.
