Every-body.fit is a small local business owned and operated by me, Kelly Ockeloen. The purpose of every-body.fit is to provide fitness solutions from a holistic perspective working with you in all aspects of your life. At the core of this business, is big heart. This company was developed with a great amount of heart and soul, many laughs, endless brainstorming, the odd expletive here and there, a

nd lots of stiff muscles. You will get the personal attention you need. I care about you and want to get to know you and help you to bring out the best in yourself. My determination and intention is to help you create a better life through moving your body. My main focus is on nurturing the mind / body / soul connection and I tie that into all of my programs. So why is moving your body important? Is it more than just weight management? Exercise is a great way to feel better, achieve optimal health benefits and have fun. Every-body.fit wants to show you how you can do that. Whether you are someone who is motivationally challenged, over-stressed or crazy busy and on the go, I will work personally with you to design a program that is specific to you, your needs, your challenges and your abilities. In the end, I want you to enjoy moving your body, I want you to want to work up a sweat and feel good doing it. Ultimately, I want to help you stay motivated to maintain a active lifestyle. You’ve had challenges in the past, or now. Impossible to deal with? It’s that character building, eyeball rolling aspect of life! Think about how you deal with stress. Procrastinate? Drink? Throw yourself into work? The list goes on…these are just a few that I’m familiar with….;). I came up with the idea for every-body.fit when I realized that basically I was still sane because I was fit. I can be pretty stubborn, and while I’m just as capable as the next person of spiralling down into that horrible rabbit hole of self-pity, my stubbornness won most of the time and I’d go outside and get sweaty. Too many people don’t realize how much brighter things could be just by moving your body. I don’t want you to be one of those people. I know you want to be fit, who doesn’t? There are millions of perks that come with being fit! It’s hard getting motivated to start working out again when it’s been, well, forever. Or to think about how you can possibly workout with so much chaos around you – like the world will end if you take 15 or 20 minutes to work up a sweat. Or take the time to figure out what the heck you can do for a workout today when you have 27 meetings in the next 24 hours and a flight to catch in 45 minutes, and crap, you’re stuck in traffic! You are unique and should be treated that way. What you like, what motivates you, and what works for you, is not necessarily what is liked by, motivates, and will work for your neighbour. Or anyone else. The question is What is going on in your life right now that’s either keeping you from exercising, causing you stress just thinking about it, or taking too much of your time to think about how to fit it in and what to do. That’s what I’m interested in finding out and working with you to overcome so that you can be fit and feel the benefits. Life is too short to be less than happy. So take control of yours (or someone else might), and do what it takes to be happy! Join every-body.fit on a journey to make the world a fitter place.

September is right around the corner. Back to school time - yippppeeeee! I love my kids, but at this time of year everyone's getting a little squirrelly and needs to be back in a routine. I see September as an opportunity to get more creative, start new things, recharge and set some new goals. And I know I'm not alone! But it's not always easy...if you're going through a rough patch, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, unsure of everything, alone, and are tired of feeling that way and ARE READY TO MAKE SOME CHANGES AND START MOVING FORWARD - then this program is for YOU. X3. GO!

Then, get a couple family peops and friends and get silly- play a game (headbandz, charades, Pictionary....) remember all those fun games you played growing up? I bet you still have some.

So save yourself from u comfortable stretching and rolling and in desperation for your body to not feel achy and stiff...stay on top of your stretching and rolling!!!

It was a ‘clearing away the cobwebs from too much turkey & Lindt balls 🙄’ kind of run....so much great food around right...
