Once Upon a Poke Tattoos Hand Poke Tattoo artist. Located in the mall with Frozen Comet. Starting cost $60 (minimum)
$20 booking fee/deposit (non-refundable.

I primarily do hand poke tattoos, but will also use a machine if that is something you are more comfortable with. Any no-shows will forfeit their deposit)

Proof of age may be required, I am currently only taking clients 18 and older.
