I’m the proud owner and main practitioner of Boreal Holistic Health + Wellness (formally known as Seven Suns Massage Therapy). I have been a lover of all things natural and holistic from a young age. In 2014 I dove deep into my path by starting the 2200 hour Massage Therapy program at Grant McEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta. First by mastering Cupping Massage then moving on to expand my horiz

on in other fields such as: Reiki, Yoga, Access Bars, and now Ayuryoga! With 7 years experience now, I am passionate about constantly learning and exploring new and different ways we can rid our bodies from toxins, disease, and discomfort in a natural way. When I am not expanding my studies, researching, or learning a new modality, I am usually out camping or exploring our beautiful province I’m proud to call home with my husband and our daughter.
