Superpowers or extreme exhaustion? Same thing right?😅 Working full time (plus OT), running a small business, course work, mom duties and everything in between. If I don’t respond know I’m mentally responding while only taking breaks to sleep..unless a dog pukes in the night 😒

I went for my second run last night in a very long time. Pre-kids possibly!

Did I go fast? No.

Did I take my time and enjoy myself? Absolutely!

It’s not a race and I’m so glad I went! Thank you Lisa Reutcky Coaching for pushing me to get back out there ☺️

I may not be a pro yet but I do have a very helpful tip for those considering running; your choice in underwear can make or break the run!😅

Why do women start “side hustles” or small businesses?

Often women find themselves needing to pivot after having children and their avenues for bringing in income have to change. Maybe they’re trying to increase their take home while working a full time job. Maybe they have a hobby that they’re passionate about and want to share. Myself, like many others have had to make sacrifices in my career after having kids. My career took a backseat and my kids monopolized my time.

After some unfortunate personal situations I found myself without an income and unable to support my children on my own. This was very eye opening! The realization I that I needed to stand on my own 2 feet for my kids is the driving force behind my small business.

This is why I choose to primarily support other woman owned businesses with purchases and stocking the shelves of CGT.

We are powerful, we are strong, we are capable, we are WOMEN!
