There are times when the world feels so loud that we forget where to look for guidance, comfort, and strength.
We search for answers outside ourselves.
We search for certainty outside ourselves.
We search for light outside ourselves.
But one of the deepest teachings Spirit has shared with me over the years is that we are already carrying what we seek.
The helping spirits can guide us.
Nature can remind us.
The Earth can hold us.
But the light itself has always been there.
It lives in your spirit.
It lives in your imagination.
It lives in your ability to love, create, and begin again.
The spiritual path is often less about finding something new and more about remembering what has never left us.
