Curious what a Reiki/Energy Healing sessions with me looks like?

A Reiki session with me is a gentle, intuitive experience designed to support your whole being. Here’s what you can expect when you come in:

1.We start by going over your intake form so I can tailor the session to exactly what you need that day.

2. You’ll get cozy on my table—fully clothed, wrapped in warm blankets, and supported from head to toe.

3. I guide you through a short meditation to help your body shift into a deeply relaxed, receptive state where true healing can begin.

4. I place my hands lightly on(if you are comfortable with touch) or above the body, beginning at the crown of your head and moving down to your feet, connecting with each chakra along the way. I then intuitively return to any areas that need extra attention.

5. When the session is complete, I gently bring you back to the room and step out to get you water as you reorient.

6. Sometimes intuitive messages or insights come through during the session. If that happens, we’ll sit together afterward and talk about anything that came up for you and anything I feel guided to share.

Every session is unique, but the intention is always the same: to support your healing, balance, and inner peace.
