【流量是喧嚣的,但真理需要全民讨论】

最近视频在各大平台的热度出乎意料。作为一个深耕营养学 16 年的从业者,我深知流量往往伴随着误解,但这也正是沟通的意义所在。

关于 Pasta 贵不贵的争议,本质上是思维定式的问题。食材的价值在于组合,意面可以很亲民,传统面食也可以因为加了龙虾而奢华。如果我们只纠结于表象而忽略了其营养逻辑的共性,那确实很遗憾。

我注意到评论区里形形色色的声音:有不敢示人的攻击,也有逻辑矛盾的附和。但这都阻挡不了一份喜悦——《爱吃的营养学》不负众望,登上了 Popular 的热销榜单。

我始终认为,营养学不应该是高高在上的教条,而应该是生活中的烟火气。

My recent video has gained unexpected traction across various platforms. As a nutritionist with 16 years in the field, I’ve learned that virality often comes with a side of misunderstanding—yet, this is precisely why open communication is so vital.

The heated debate over whether "Pasta is expensive" is essentially a matter of fixed mindsets. The value of a dish lies in its combination of ingredients; pasta can be incredibly budget-friendly, just as a traditional bowl of noodles can become a luxury if you add lobster. When we fixate on the surface and ignore the underlying nutritional logic, we miss the bigger picture.

I’ve noticed a wide spectrum of voices in the comments: from anonymous attacks to those with contradictory logic. However, none of that overshadows the joy of a major milestone—"The Nutrition of Food Lovers" (爱吃的营养学) has officially made it onto the Popular Bookstore Bestseller List.

I have always believed that nutrition shouldn't be a set of rigid, elitist rules; it should be found in the everyday "flavour" of our lives.

I sincerely invite those who disagree with my views to pick up a copy of the book.
