HORMONAL SCHEDULE

When you get up before 6:00 am,
SEROTONIN is produced - the hormone of joy.

6:00 - the level of CORTISOL increases - the hormone that prepares our body for cheerfulness!
Logic is at its maximum now. It’s time to write down plans for the day and make a decision, and it will happen.
Drinking 200-400 ml of water in the morning and doing
charging, STRESS hormones are washed away!!!

6:00 - Melatonin stops being produced and gives way to s*x hormones. There is no more sleep, the value of further sleep is 0, which means it is a waste of life.

8:00 - s*x hormones in the arena. Steroids are hormones that form our muscle frame.
It’s time for exercises, gymnastics, the gym and reproduction!

10:00-14:00 DHEA peak - a neurohormone responsible for memory, attention and memorization. The best time for mental activity
