I’m excited to announce a project that has been ripening over the last year - and actually for much longer. A series of events for those with a genuine desire for deeper and refined inner work, towards and as Soul.

A continuing series of inner study & embodied refinement.

Over the course of the year, Bina Taverna, Nicole Horstmann and myself are delighted to invite you to:

• Compass to the Soul – September 12 & 13 - by Nicole & Julia (in german)
• Ayurveda. Embodied. - Nov 21 & 22 - by Julia

Each workshop offers a unique inner map, an invitation to engage your inner worlds with precision and depth. Individually bookable, or it can be taken as a journey from subtle orientation (1 &2) towards embodied integration (3).

I want to be honest with you: Shedding identities is not always a conscious choice and does not always imply “becoming more shiny, more enlightened, more juicy.” For me personally, reality had me leave old self-images behind that actually felt good and healthy at the time – and a part of me is still grieving them.
And yet, some deeper layers and resources of my soul needed to reveal themselves and be felt, to anchor more fully in this body, more fully in this life.

So whether you want to intentionally allow the death of some of outdated parts of yours, or life is currently forcing you to let them die... This retreat is a vessel to walk this path with awareness and reverence, and to make space for your own resurrection.

I believe these processes mature our soul, its courage and discernment.
Not only individually, but also collectively: we have the chance to mature the soul of humanity.

The beauty of landscapes like this always reminds me of the abundance of landscapes we treasure within ourselves. The hills and valleys, the fog and sun, mountains and caves, beaches and rain forests, trees and lakes and streams that are waiting to be explored. Waiting to be seen - to expand and deepen our experience of the world and life itself.

As a partly introverted human, I’ve been exploring my own inner landscapes for decades - and I still am, refining my maps...

In 2026, I want to take you on a journey. A workshop series on *Inner Landscapes*.

First one will happen on Feb 8th (this one will be for ♀ bodies).

Liebe ehemaligen Temple Nightler

Lang ist es her und viel Wasser ist die Limmat heruntergeflossen.

Ich, Julia, habe mich über die letzten Jahre tief in persönliche Prozesse besonders rund um meine Gesundheit zurückziehen müssen. Ich habe tief gelauscht und lange gesessen - mit Fragen ans Leben und an den Tod, an den Körper und an die Seele, an Sinnlosig- und -haftigkeit. Und eines wurde mir in all den 'persönlichen' Prozessen klar: Ich möchte nicht nur mit mir, sondern auch mit Menschen (noch) tiefer gehen.

Über die letzten zweieinhalb Jahre habe ich mich weitergebildet - in Neuseeland und der Schweiz - bin durch tiefe Selbsterfahrungen mit meiner "Seele" gegangen, die sich auf das nächste Kapitel vorbereitete.

Und so bin ich nach langem Rückzug wieder da 🙂 mit neuen, verfeinerten und vertieften Angeboten, um Menschen zu begleiten, ihrer Innenwelt, ihrer Seele mit 'Gwunder', Mut und Freude zu begegnen. Sei es über den Körper oder im Dialog bzw. Soul-Centric Coaching.
