You are work in progress, enjoy the ride.
Between these months i attended 27 classes.
ONLY TWENTY SEVEN and look at the progress. This should remind you - that you are never to old, to weak, to whatever. You can ALWAYS start new. You can always be a beginner. Nobody was born an expert - we get there. Enjoy learning new stuff, enjoy failing, enjoy not knowing how to do it. And sometimes wo dont even recognize our own process until we take a step out of our box, look back and realize how far we have come.

Thanks to .dance for this safe space - a space where i could and still am learning to unfold, shed layers, reconnect and stay with the uncomfortable, just so i can grow and bloom into the woman i am becoming. ✨
