Arjava Petter opened the Day1 of our congress.

The connection to the past, his history and experiences connected to a few important elements:

- our ego and its role in our Reiki journey
- the importance of taking care of our physical issues
- healing the mind and therefore working on our psycho-emotional wellbeing.

With always the core message: our main goal should always be self-realization and wellbeing.

Again at Impact Hub to take "sustainability" from a health perspective.

It's all about an act of love, not only for the world OUTSIDE, rather for the world INSIDE: US.

On March 7th and 8th I had the honour and luck to participate to the "Swiss Reiki International Congress".
A beautiful occasion to remind us on the 100th anniversary of Usui's passing. But it was much more than that.

🙏🏾 It was a moment to connect to our common roots but especially a moment to look forward to the future of this beautiful practice. A moment to reflect on the various journeys that led each of us to Reiki, as powerful way of bringing wellbeing to ourselves and into this world. A moment to focus also on the simplicity of this wonderful practice.

📍It's difficult to find key words for such intense days but these come spontaneous:
1) diversity
2) care
3) simplicity

In the next days I'll share some impressions for each of the sessions. Just some food for thoughts. Should you be curious, I am here. We can always have a nice exchange of opinions.

A big thank you to and for the great organization. And a big thank you to all the great speakers for the very interesting content shared.
