Después de "El poder de los sueños" me dejaron mensajes que todavía me llenan el corazón.

No los comparto para presumir — los comparto porque no hablan de mí. Hablan de lo que se moviliza, se abre y se recuerda cuando nos animamos a danzar juntos. Eso es mérito de cada persona que se atrevió a estar presente.

This month we keep coming back to the same idea: joy doesn't need a reason.
It doesn't need an achievement, some news, permission.
Sometimes all it needs is a body willing to move.

I'm so happy to share this workshop that I've been preparing with a lot of love and enthusiasm 🌿
We haven't danced together since May, and I have so much excitement to reconnect in the ronda. This workshop is called Connecting with the Joy of Being Alive, and that's exactly what it is: a space to remember that joy doesn't need a reason, just body, presence, and the willingness to feel.

🧵 **El hilo que nunca se rompe** 🤍

Hay una red invisible que nos conecta, aunque pase el tiempo, aunque nos separen países 🌍. Ese hilo se hizo visible el mes pasado, en cada abrazo 🫂, en cada mirada de reencuentro.

Volver a ver a quienes hoy caminan hacia ser facilitadores, a quienes ya lo son, a quienes siguen sosteniendo este espacio — fue recordar que Biodanza no se vive sola. Se teje en red, en comunidad, en los vínculos que se construyen vivencia tras vivencia ✨.

Ese tejido se hizo aún más profundo con el taller de Instintos y Decisiones Existenciales, guiado por mis queridos maestros Escuela de Biodanza de Bs As , a quienes les agradezco profundamente su visita, y la sabiduría compartida con la gran ronda de Biodanza en México 🙏.

Hoy comparto estas fotos de ese encuentro, que sigue vivo en el cuerpo y en la memoria 📸.

Fue mágico ✨. Fue cuerpo, fue mirada, fue historia compartida, fue abrazo 🫂.

🧵 **The thread that never breaks** 🤍

There's an invisible network that connects us, even as time passes, even across countries 🌍. That thread became visible last month, in every hug 🫂, in every look of reunion.

Seeing again those who are becoming facilitators, those who already are, those who keep holding this space — was a reminder that Biodanza is never lived alone. It's woven in community, in the bonds built experience after experience ✨.

That weave grew even deeper with the workshop Instincts and Existential Decisions, guided by my beloved teachers Escuela de Biodanza de Bs As , whom I deeply thank for their visit and the wisdom shared with the great Biodanza circle in Mexico 🙏.

Today I'm sharing these photos from that gathering, still alive in the body and in memory 📸.

It was magical ✨. It was body, it was gaze, it was shared history, it was embrace 🫂.

Right now, the dance of life has brought me to Puebla, México 🇲🇽 — nourishing myself at the Instincts and Existential Decisions workshop at the Biodanza School of Puebla, so I can come back fully recharged to hold these spaces of deep transformation.
