When you’re building something from scratch,
it’s not one big moment that changes everything.

It’s these.

Finding a women’s cooperative.
Hosting my first tasting session.
Saying yes to my first collaboration.
Speaking for the first time.
Putting myself out there and pitching.

Each one feels small on its own.

But together…
they become the foundation of everything you’re building.

And slowly, you realise —
this is what progress actually looks like

Somewhere between serving BlissdBru, building a food innovation startup, switching instantly into mum mode, and standing in beautiful hotel lobbies as though everything went exactly to plan… there is my life. 😄

It isn’t always polished. It definitely isn’t predictable. But it is full of people I love, work I believe in and moments worth appreciating.

So today’s goal is simple: keep showing up, keep finding the good—and be the kind of positive that mildly inconveniences the fun suckers. ☀️

This was never the plan.

I was simply trying to understand how food could help me feel better in my own everyday life.

That personal search brought me back to the wisdom I grew up with—but also made me question how it could belong in the way we eat today.

One experiment in my kitchen became an idea.
The idea became BlissdBru.
And BlissdBru became the beginning of MAMMA VEDA—a food innovation startup built around a simple belief:

Feeling good should be part of food, not another task added to our lives.

I didn’t plan the company. I followed the feeling.

Sometimes the unexpected plan turns out to be the right one.

Some founders build companies from spreadsheets.

I seem to build mine around tables, tastings, spices—and the question:

“What if we put BlissdBru in it?”

Because BlissdBru was never meant to belong to only one drink or one ritual. It was created as a food ingredient: something chefs, cafés and kitchens can explore through drinks, cooking and baking.

That means a meeting can become a tasting.

An explanation can become something you experience.

And an idea can slowly become an entire company built around making everyday food feel a little more considered.

Unfortunately, I really do love all of it. 💛
