In preparation for World Menstrual Hygiene Day, REDEMPTION PUBLIC HEALTH ADVOCATES (REPHA) in partnership with EMILY’S MIDWIFERY FOUNDATION will be carrying out a health outreach on 23rd May 2026 at Wututu, Limbe under the motto “Living Healthier Together.”

The outreach aims to educate young girls and the community on proper menstrual hygiene, break stigma surrounding menstruation, and promote healthy living. This initiative is important in empowering girls with knowledge, improving reproductive health awareness, and encouraging a healthier and more supportive community.

From small, unsure beginnings… to visible impact 🥹🤍

I didn’t have it all figured out, but I had God — and that was enough.

Today, Emily’s Midwifery Foundation is a testimony that when God is involved, growth is inevitable.

“Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think…” Ephesians 3:20

Forever grateful 🤍

From vision to impact… God has done it again 🥹🤍

Yesterday, Emily’s Midwifery Foundation was invited to RHIBMS University Institute Buea to celebrate International Midwifery Day 2026 under the theme “One Million More Midwives.”

We spoke on “The Importance of Belonging to a Professional Organization and Its Advantages to Students” — empowering the next generation of midwives.

If I had to start all over again, I still would… because this is purpose. 🤍

Grateful for the opportunity to partner with The Redemption Public Health Association (REPHA) as they welcome 30 newly trained members into service.
This collaboration strengthens our shared mission of improving community health, empowering the vulnerable, and delivering sustainable public health interventions.
Together, we are committed to making impact where it matters most — in our communities.

What began as a God-given burden became a living mission.
As we mark our foundation anniversary, we celebrate lives touched, hope restored, and dreams still unfolding.
Big dreams, led by God. 🤍
