It might not be food poisoning. It might be food _intolerance

Food intolerance happens when your gut can’t break down certain foods properly. Your immune system isn’t attacking it like an allergy, but your stomach still protests.

Common foods that upset most people
1. Dairy – Milk, cheese, ice cream. If milk gives you gas and diarrhea, you’re likely lactose intolerant.
2. Gluten – Found in bread, pasta, some noodles. Causes bloating, fatigue, stomach pain for some people.
3. Fried & oily foods– Akara, puff-puff, fried plantain. Hard to digest and slow things down.

SWOLLEN LEGS?
It’s not village people. It’s water in your legs.
You see your mom’s or dad’s legs swelling up, feeling heavy, leaving a dent when you press them. First thought? “Someone tied their legs.”

But 9 times out of 10 it’s edema- fluid building up. And it has real causes:

1. Heart or kidney trouble
If the heart isn’t pumping well or kidneys aren’t filtering, fluid backs up in the legs. Common after 50.

2. Sitting too long, no movement
Blood pools in the legs. Market women, traders, and retirees who sit all day get this a lot.

3. Too much salt and Maggie cubes
Salt makes your body hold water. Your legs pay for it.

4. Low protein in the diet
