When a strip packing machine seals 2 units per pocket, a missing unit means the patient gets half the dose. That's a GMP failure before the box even leaves the line.
The SHW Series handles this with photoelectric detection after sealing — sensor position is adjustable, calibrated to the 2-unit configuration. No hardware change needed.
For capsules, there's an additional challenge: capsules are light, so their drop timing is inconsistent. Two capsules won't always land at the same level. We solved that with a forced-feeding mechanism to ensure both sit flat before sealing.
