REASONS YOU CRAVE MORE AT NIGHT 🖤

We all have stories that brought us here. I have a Bunch.

When my PCOS was at its worst, I’d wake up in the middle of the night and binge on chocolate, or anything I’d find. Afterwards, I’d always feel so ashamed and I’d punish myself with an hour long cardio session.

That all or nothing mindset I was in, was so exhausting! Eventually, that led me to enroll in health coaching training. And oh my, I’ve learned so much! And I’m continuously learning and improving! Now i know exactly how to curb and control my cravings without restricting myself. And it’s not just about weight loss, it’s also about the mental state you’re in.

NOTE TO YOURSELF: You should never move your body from a place of fear and lack because you hate your thighs and stomach.

Every time I started following a new diet, I ended up gaining weight.

I tried Atkins, keto, intermittent fasting, paleo, weight watchers, Kayla Itsines nutrition, blood type diet, IIFYM, counting calories, fat free, high protein diet, PCOS diet... name it I tried it! 🤦🏼‍♀️ But eventually, it all made me feel like s**t

I firmly followed food rules and believed there was a right and wrong way to eat. My life revolved around food.
