Donation steps

All the donation details should be shown to all. There are five steps:

1. Providing the Medical certification of COPD from hospitals or clinics. The certification should be included the patients name and the condition. This is important for us to confirm we are helping the person indeed in need in proper way.

2. Printed this form “receipts information” and filled, signed then faxed to 86-755-61672-247 or take a picture on it and email it to email address [email protected]. For any questions, you can call 400-6677-247 or 86-1360-0145-247 to get answers.

3. Read the “warranty information” and choose the warranty year you need. In Warranty time, if lovego is in irregular working, take 30 seconds video by Cell phone on operating the machine by home power. Then sending it to us, we will send the parts free and free shipping to your house, the maintenance video will be showed online. Then we will aid you change the parts. It must be selected because GBA does not allow lovego POC on the market without warranty. It will give lovego bad feedback. Why they are not free? The Lovego POC are free, if the service of warranty on 1000 piece are free too, the donation will give us very large pressure on working. The free lovego includes: The machine unit, Lithium Ion battery, Battery charger, Car Inverter, potable bag, AC power supply and DC cord, Head style oxygen pipe, Earphone oxygen pipe, Bacteria Filter, Humidifier Pipe, Humidifier connecting tube.
When the recipients do not need lovego any more, kindly donate it the people needed. Our service will be continuously in lovego lifetime.

4. Choosing the courier you like from DHL, TNT, FEDEX, EMS, they are our cooperators for this donation. Two person or more apply shipping together can save much freight. The Gross package of Lovego POC is 9.5KG, if it is sent by DHL express to UK; the freight is USD120 for one piece, USD160 for two pieces.

5. We accept PayPal as the way of payment, PayPal can provide 45 days Guarantee for the buyers, if lovego is failed to arrive your hand or you do not like it, you can get the payment back. If it is not convenient for you to pay by PayPal. T/T or Western Union to our company Account is accepted too.
