8 tips to keep skin hydrated

1.Clean the face.

Exposure to the sun, wind and pollution causes the pores to close. Dip a cotton ball in milk or almond oil, and wipe it over your face to remove impurities.



2.Remove well.

Never use toilet paper or tissue to remove makeup because it mistreats the skin and tightens the pores. Use a cotton ball and moisten it in cream or oil (depending on your preference) and perform very gentle circular massages. Never use alcohol because it dries out your face.



3. Drink lots of water.

Eight glasses of water during the day is the minimum recommended to oxygenate and cleanse the skin.



4. Do not abuse makeup.
