I love being a facilitator. With every fiber of my being. One of my guests asked me how i felt going into it. To put it plainly, this is not a role i take lightly. Thank you for trusting me not only with your physical bodies, but to hold space for each and every one of you on and off the mat. I’m here to help you move well, but ultimately, I hope i remind you of your power. My work is meant to show you the value of contrast. Softness and intensity. Ease and friction. Contraction and expansion. Pain and pleasure.

I watched people arrive as one version of themselves and leave as something truer. That never gets old. I left with new friends from all over the world, and a reminder for why I do what I do. Doubly grateful I got to do it with the amazing .christinemichelle . To many more xx
