Ajosacha is a medicinal plant that grows here on pandorita. 🌿

as Montse | Ancestral Holistic Wellness explains, it is traditionally used to support the immune system, to help with fever, and when someone is dealing with illness. she also shares that ajosacha is used to remove negative energy, making it a plant connected not only with physical well-being, but also with energetic cleansing✨

we feel very grateful to have Ajosacha growing here on pandorita and to continue learning about the traditional knowledge and uses of the plants of the rainforest 💚

From garden to glass 🌿💚

Today we’re making a fresh green smoothie with beautiful ingredients fresh from our Pandorita garden: Chaya, Katuk, Artemisia, fresh greens, sprouts and more, harvested with care and blended into one nourishing glass🥬💚

And at the heart of it all is our magnificent chef, Shii Artemisa Pons who brings so much passion, love and care into everything she creates. She has a beautiful connection to the land, to the plants, and to the ingredients she works with💚

Her cooking comes truly from the heart 💕directly to the plate. 🍽️🌱❤️

There is something deeply special about growing our own food, harvesting it fresh, and transforming it with love into something that nourishes both body and soul.

The coconut – one fruit with countless possibilities. 🥥

Its water helps keep the body hydrated, while its coconut meat can be used in both savoury and sweet dishes and milk🥛😋
Its fibres can even be turned into ropes and roofing, and valuable coconut oil is also extracted from the white coconut meat✨🥥💦

Here in Pandorita, we have plenty of coconuts, and we love using it for Drinks, Milk, Curries, Sweet and Oils😇

What are Icaros?

Icaros are sacred songs; high-frequency melodies sung by the plants through our Curanderas. These divine sounds flow into both the physical and energetic body, bringing profound healing and liberation. 🌿✨

Each Icaro is received from plants and trees, expressed as patterns transformed into sound. In Shipibo tradition, healers often sing what they see during ceremony, weaving visions into songs that awaken the heart.

We are deeply grateful to collaborate with Maestras who channel the medicine of the heart, returning us to ourselves.

At Pandorita, we believe that coming home means returning to the heart. 💚
