When your yoga practice becomes one of your favourite memories of Curaçao… 🌅✨

There is something so special about welcoming guests into the Sky Temple as the day begins to soften, moving together beside the Caribbean Sea, breathing in the ocean air and allowing the body and mind to gently unwind.

Receiving words like these afterwards is such a beautiful gift:

Under the Gaze of Venus ✨ There are evenings at the Sky Temple when everything seems to align… 🌊✨This week, we had the joy of welcoming a beautiful couple on their honeymoon, sharing a sacred Wellspring experience as the sun slowly melted into the Caribbean Sea. And as day became night, Venus, the planet of love, beauty and harmony, appeared above us, shining her light over this beautiful moment. ✨Around us, the elements seemed to weave their own quiet magic…

✨ YOGA, MEDITATION & THE MAGIC OF THE OCEAN 🌊
Yoga has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve been blessed to practise with beautiful teachers and communities around the world, with each experience deepening my connection to this ancient practice.
Today, I feel incredibly grateful to call Curaçao home, where the warmth of the sun, the rhythm of the ocean and the gentle Caribbean breeze have naturally found their way into the experiences I share at Wellspring.
For me, yoga is so much more than movement.
I love weaving together gentle yoga, guided meditation, breath, deep relaxation and the healing presence of nature to create an experience for the whole being, body, mind and spirit.
Guests often leave describing their time at Wellspring like a ‘mini retreat’ - uplifting, deeply restorative and unlike anything they have experienced before ✨. I am so grateful that these experiences continue to receive 5-star reviews on TripAdvisor. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Reverence sometimes means letting beauty stay where it belongs and carrying the gratitude of having met beauty. Not every beautiful thing is meant to be taken kept or claimed. Some encounters are offerings meant to be witnessed than gathered. When we allow the feather, stone, flower or shell to remain in its place we learn that presence itself can be enough.

🍃Shamanic Journey Invitation: Where in my life am I willing to honor beauty without needing to bring it home with me? This journey invites a gentler way of meeting the world, where appreciation does not require possession.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us on Sunday for our beautiful Our Island, Held in Our Hearts meditation. 💛🌊✨We journeyed in our hearts to those special places across our beloved Curaçao that hold meaning for each of us, creating a point of light from our hearts, filled with love, joy and pride for this island we call home. And then, together, we connected those points of light… weaving a luminous web of loving energy across the island. ✨ There was such a powerful moment when we activated the islands light grid, we all really felt it. The island herself really lit up beneath us. 💫🌴 Thank you to every beautiful soul who came, connected and offered their loving energy to our island, helping to raise her vibration and, perhaps most importantly, letting her know just how much happiness she brings into our lives, how deeply she is loved, and how blessed we feel to call her home. 💛A special thank you to my co-host, Gislainne, for guiding this meditation with me. It was truly beautiful to share this experience and hold this sacred space together, side by side. 💛✨ May the light we created continue to shine across our beautiful island… connecting heart to heart, and heart to land. ✨ With so much love & gratitude to all that we’re called to join us 🙏🏼💛🌊

Our Akashic Soul Spa is one of Wellspring’s signature experiences, a deeply personal journey into the Akashic Records, created as a sacred space to receive insight, healing, remembrance and whatever your soul is ready to reveal.

During this beautiful sunset session, beautiful butterflies came forward as part of our guest’s journey, surrounding her with their gentle presence and bringing their own beautiful symbolism of transformation, lightness and becoming. 🦋✨

These are the moments I treasure… when the journey seems to reach beyond the words being spoken and the natural world quietly joins us.

Held beside the ocean, beneath the changing colours of the Curaçao sky, each Soul Spa is completely unique, guided by the energy, intentions and soul of the person who arrives.

What lives inside us is more, than the story of this one life. Healing comes to me when I do not yet understand the message that is offered. Spirit does not need understanding before it offers medicine. Some lessons travel with us for a while shaping the edges of our days until their meaning quietly shows itself. Understanding is often the step, not the first and wisdom grows through companionship instead of instant clarity.

🍃Shamanic Journey Invitation: Where am I being asked to receive the medicine first and let the meaning come later? This journey invites trust in teachings that unfold slowly rather than all at once.
