You’ve never had salmon this delicious 🐟​​​​​​​​​

number one salmon seasoning is the Royal Oriental Fish. This mix is salt-free and not only contains herbs and spices, no, we even went crazy enough to add superfoods!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients for this BBQ salmon:

2 salmon fillets with skin
A dash of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of honey
2 spring onions, sliced into rings
2 teaspoons of Royal Oriental Fish seasoning from Green Gypsy
A pinch of wasabi

Flammkuchen vs Pizza 🥊​​​​​​​​​

When I first tried flammkuchen and it was served, I thought: this looks suspiciously like a pizza. I mean, a piece of dough with sauce and toppings—I naturally think of pizza. But it’s not! The dough of flammkuchen is wafer-thin, super crispy, and you can buy it ready-made in the supermarket. 🍕

Ingredients:

1 roll of flammkuchen dough
1 small container of oat crème fraîche or regular crème fraîche
100g (chestnut) mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp Garlic Heaven from Green Gypsy
100g vegetarian bacon or regular bacon
50g green asparagus tips
100g goat cheese
This is my favorite way to make flammkuchen. I’m super curious to know what you think!

Some dinner Inso for tonight! Juicy & spicy shrimp 🍤​​​​​​​​​

You’re sitting on Ibiza with a glass of rosé in hand, overlooking the beach with the blue sea and Formentera in the distance. You’re soaking up the afternoon sun while indulging in some delicious shrimp pil pil. Life’s pretty good, isn’t it?

With this recipe, you don’t have to be on Ibiza to enjoy the same experience!

Ingredients:
3 handfuls of shrimp, you can also use frozen ones
2 tbsp of Spice it Up! seasoning mix from Green Gypsy
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
olive oil
a dash of Sriracha, sambal, or chili sauce
fresh oregano
