Such a summer dry..
But I find the beauty of seeing a different possibility!

For 49 years…

I thought my story was simply about everything I had already lived through.

The little girl from the rice fields.

The young woman who left her country.

The woman who built a family in another culture.

The woman who worked, learned, struggled, adapted and kept going.

But then I realized something…

My story wasn't finished.

I still had ideas I wanted to bring to life.

I still wanted to learn.

I still wanted to create.

And I still had dreams that were quietly waiting for me.

That's when I decided to start building something of my own again.

I began exploring a digital business as my Plan B — not because I wanted to become someone else, but because I wanted to create another possibility for my life and for the future I was still imagining.

And at the same time, I started writing my story.

At first, I thought these were two completely different things.

Then I understood…

They're connected.

One allows me to build something for the future.

The other allows me to share what shaped me along the way.

My books are the story I am putting on paper.

My business is one of the things I am building today.

And both come from the same place:

A woman who decided she wasn't done becoming.

Maybe your story isn't finished either. ❤️

Maybe there is still something you are meant to build, create, learn, or become.

And maybe…

It's time to start again.

What would she think if she could see me today?

That little girl in a wishing star..

She keeps learning. Observing. Dreaming.

And finding ways to keep going.

As I grow older, I understand those early years differently.

The things that once felt ordinary became lessons.

The limitations taught me to appreciate.

The difficult moments taught me to be resourceful.

And the dreams I carried quietly taught me never to stop believing that life could become something different.

Perhaps that's why I still have this desire to learn, to write, to explore, and to keep discovering what is possible.

Because the little girl inside me never completely disappeared.

She grew with me.

And today, when I think..

I am an Entrepreneur..

About becoming an author…

I realize I'm not just writing about my past.

I'm giving that little girl a voice.

I'm telling her:

“I remember you.”

“I remember what you dreamed about.”

“And I'm still carrying your story forward.”

Maybe you have a younger version of yourself waiting to be remembered too.

Don't be afraid to look back.

Sometimes we don't look back to stay there.

We look back to understand how far we've come. ❤️

Alfredo, my baptismal nephew, challenged me with 10 questions…

And guess what?

I answered ONE. 🤣

So he gave me an assignment:

“Godmother, go learn about the globe!!.”

Well… I took the assignment VERY seriously. 😂

I sat on the globe, turned it around, and studied every angle like I was preparing for a very important exam. 🔎🌍

But wait… there might actually be something useful about this homework. 👀

While I’m learning about different countries, cultures, and people, I’m also thinking…

“Hmm… which country should I explore for my next YouTube ad?” 😄

Sometimes learning something new starts with admitting:

“Okay… I clearly need to study this!” 😂

Apparently, I have homework now. 🌍😂

Back to my globe lesson.

Wish me luck… I have 195 countries to get through! 🌍📚🤣
