Male portrait
I’m interested in photographing not the image of the “perfect man,”
but a real person — with his own story, inner strength, and vulnerability at the same time.
Male portraiture rarely screams with emotion.
It works through silence, texture, and presence.
A look, a gesture, the way light falls, the traces of time on a face — all of it becomes part of a story that cannot be staged.
That’s why, for me, male portraiture is not about posing.
It’s about the person.
