I think this is very IMPORTANT! Most of the people think Keto is about bacon, cheese and butter, but that's just soo wrong and unhealthy! 🚫
I guess u can't blame people as the Keto “poster add”seems to be processed meets, cheese and butter! 🥓
Now you can eat bacon, cheese and butter but don't make it as most of your diet! 🙅🏼♀️ Yes you can loss weight that way, but u might also raise the bad cholesterol or harm your body in long term. Processed meat is just bad for you, anything processed really, too much of red meat is bad for you!
A healthy life-changing Keto is about healthy natural fats, protein, fibre and greens.
Its important to intake more fat once joining Keto, so your body understands the switch but later one eating more salad then allowed will not throw u off Keto.
Keto diet is still about balance, so often media and mainstream businesses paints it differently, because of course eating bacon, sausages, cheese and loosing weight will SELL and catch peoples attention but thats not the heathy way of Keto or the real way of Keto! 🥑🥗🥦🫒🥬
