If life feels non-stop… try this.

Just 10 minutes in Supported Butterfly can calm your mind, release tension, and help you breathe easier — like you've finally given your nervous system the rest it's been asking for all day.

Perfect for back to back meetings, never-ending deadlines, and the kind of exhaustion that sleep alone can't fix.

Place a bolster or a cushion under your spine, let your knees fall open and the soles of your feet together. Cross your arms over your chest, each hand holding the opposite elbow — like giving yourself a gentle hug. Close your eyes and do nothing.

If you have hip, knee or lower back injuries → listen to your body and only go as far as feels comfortable. Place blocks under your knees for support.

Save this for when you need a quick reset after work đź”–
And send it to a colleague who is always running on empty 🤍

Feeling overstimulated and your mind won’t slow down? Try this for 60 seconds. 🌿

Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana) is one of my favorite practices when everything feels like too much.

Instead of trying to think your way out of racing thoughts, this practice gives your mind something simple to follow: your breath.

In yoga, Nadi Shodhana is traditionally used to create a sense of balance between ida and pingala — two opposing energetic qualities within us.

You may also hear it described as balancing the left and right sides of the brain. While it doesn’t literally “balance” the two hemispheres, controlled nostril breathing may influence brain activity and support attention, relaxation and nervous system regulation.

When the breath finds balance, the mind often follows. 🤍

🪫Lower back tension? Try this 30-second reset.🔋

Stress doesn’t only show up in your mind. It can show up in your body too — as tight shoulders, a clenched jaw, a tense belly or tension in your lower back.

This simple movement can help release some of that tension, create more space in your lower back and bring your attention out of your thoughts and back into your body.

✔️ Move slowly and gently
✔️ Never force the stretch
✔️ Breathe slowly and let your body soften

Hold for 10 seconds on each side, focusing on slow, deep breaths throughout.

Remember: your body doesn’t always need more pushing. Sometimes it needs permission to soften. 🤍

➡️ If stress often shows up in your body as tension, tightness or restlessness, I created a free 60-Second Stress Reset course with simple breathing tools you can use when stress hits. Comment RESET and I’ll send you the link. 🤍

đź’ľ Save this for the next time your lower back feels tight.

'Head Drop' technique — a simple yet powerful way to silence overthinking after a long and demanding day at work.

Just lie back over two yoga blocks, let your chest open and your head drop gently back. Feel the tension melt away as your nervous system finally gets the signal that you are safe.

Benefits of Head Drop:
- Reduces Overthinking: calms the mind and clears the mental noise built up from back to back meetings and constant pressure
- Resets Your Nervous System: activates the parasympathetic nervous system — switching you from fight or flight to rest and recover
- Releases Chest & Throat Tension: opens the areas where stress and emotional armoring accumulate most in desk workers
- Improves Blood Flow: increases circulation to the head and brain — reducing that heavy foggy feeling after a long day
- Neck & Upper Back Relief: releases the tension and stiffness carried from hours of screen time and poor desk posture

Save this for when overthinking takes over đź”–
Or send it to the first person that comes to your mind seeing this 🤍
