🧡 Deep & Vulnerable Sharing Rounds: A brave and supportive space for authentic expression.

🧡 Conscious Nourishing Touch: Guided exercises for safe, mindful physical connection (fully consensual).

After the Ceremony:

The yawanawa from the Brazilian rain forest are coming again to bless us with their presence the coming week 15-18 May! 😍

Last year we sat in their medicine ceremony and it was very powerful. We could feel the force and strength of the jungle and the ancient wisdom of the long line of Pajés (healer/shaman) of Peka Rasu.

This year the ceremony will be held at a larger venue, in central Portugal. (There are also other medicine circles in Europe for those who can't make it this time)

Another sleepless night.

I’m thinking of all those who simply want to live in peace—people who are now under real threat of massacre.

Two months ago, I shared my grief over the horrific massacres happening to the Alawite community in Syria—tens of thousands killed in silence.

Now I fear for my own community, the Druze. We are known for being peaceful, neutral, and rooted in our land.

My family is still there. 1$1S is just a few kilometers away. They can’t sleep. Neither can I.

To my European and American friends: please don’t look away.
We need your prayers, we need your support.

Hello beautiful soul! Good news new event for connection and healing happening the coming weekend 🎉

Together with my dear friend Tesi, we're creating a deeply cozy and connected evening just for you. We're so excited to gather our community, drop into the present moment, and witness the magic that unfolds when we open our hearts to one another.
The gentle yet powerful medicine of raw cacao will guide us, making this night extra heart-opening and nourishing for your being. Afterwards, there will be ample time to simply relax, share delicious snacks, chat, and enjoy warm cuddles. We eagerly anticipate sharing this enchanting evening with you! ❤️

My 33rd Birthday was very special. Instead of celebrating with a party, I took the courage to spend my birthday in an Ayahuasca Ceremony. I knew that this medicine is not for the faint-hearted, and I knew I might have to face something uncomfortable. However, my yearning for truth and liberation of my soul is stronger than my fear! Shortly after drinking the medicine, I began to see geometric patterns, feeling loving sensations in my body, understanding and downloading deep spiritual truths about the universe, yet I was not able to connect to my emotions. When I asked Ayahuasca to show me why, it showed me a disconnection to my inner child. By the time the ceremony was about to end, I felt sadness that I had not managed to connect to my emotions. When the ceremony was coming to an end, I saw that the reason I wasn't able to connect to my inner child, was the traumatic birth I went through. So instead of trying to forget, I decided to dive right in and face the pain, so that I would be free to start a new life.

Despite having done shadow work for many years and thinking that I had reached a state of loving myself and having a life many dream of, I had not seen the full truth of my birth, which was so traumatic that my soul was close to leaving my body. I saw how hospital birth is a source of immense trauma for babies, who face coldness and disconnection from the first moment on this Earth. As a result, my soul almost gave up on life. I saw how my mom gathered her strength and wanted me to live. Seeing this, I felt an immense gratitude, which I had never felt before. This opened up a process of grief for the disconnection and hate that this painful experience had created in me, which had been buried so deep that I was totally unaware of it even after years of trauma healing. I hated my birth. I cried for a long time for this deep grief, and after a lot of release I began to feel a deep gratitude for my life. I saw how sacred the birthing process is, and I felt the motherly love of Ayahuasca.

Seeing all my pain and trauma I was questioning whether I am really able to hold space for other people to heal. I felt the loving presence of ayahuasca and mother earth, and she told me that all the healing that the world needs is about loving presence. It is this love in my heart that is the core of it, not all the tools and methods that I've learned over the years (they are just a support). And yes, I have a lot of love for humanity.

I have deep gratitude for the space holders. Now I can look at the sky and yell out loud, "I love life"!
